1. Introduction

At ImaGenetic.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

2. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For instance, the color and look of the fabric may not be exactly the same as the images shown on our website. This is due to the fact that images are being printed on fabric, and there are constraints in printing exact reproductions on fabric. We do our best to ensure that our product images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact sample. This does not mean we will not try to remedy a situation you are not satisfied with. We rely heavily on customer satisfaction and will try to do our best to ensure you are happy with our services.
